We FirsthammerInratech Pvt. Ltd,a Private Limited company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered address at C/O Rahul Kumar, Hans Marg ,Kanke Road, Ranchi 834008 (here in after referred to as “Company”) and is operating its business under the brand name “Firsthammer.co.in” (here in after referred to as “Brand Name”). The Website and Application shall also be addressed as “Platform” in the Policy. This Shipping and Delivery Policy aims to outline the Company’s delivery practices.
Firsthammer.co.in is a construction and reated real estate Products to various invidual at a pre-decided rates. The Customer can purchase the Products from the Platform of the Company and pay for the Products purchased through various Online Payment modes through our third party payment partner or Pay through Cash on Delivery method.
Upon usage, registration, or even browsing through our Platform creates a contractual relationship between you and us through this Terms of Use and other relevant policies associated with our Platform, for all contractual, legal, and compliance purposes. This Terms of Use is considered as a legally binding agreement and is also considered as an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that Customers’ are aware about how the Company handles its shipping and delivery of the Products which are delivered to the Customers who seek its Service through the Platform.
Upon receiving the Order from the Customer, the Company would dispatched and delivered the Products ordered within 15 to 30 Days from our Company. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may vary. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the Platform are approximate and we cannot guarantee them.The Delivery and shipping charges are inclusive along with the value of Products purchased through Platform (the charges won’t be including it will depend on the places & on the products).
Customers are responsible for providing shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
The Company will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but the Company shall not be liable for damages for any delay or failure to perform our obligations hereunder if such delay or failure is due to cause beyond our control or without its fault or negligence, due to force majeure events including but not limited to acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, fire, festive activities sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, internet interruption, technical failure, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, cheating, illegal or unauthorized.
The Company also shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the Delivery Partner would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the Delivery Partner in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
