Area/Recommended Application:-

- Bonding slurry:Â Bonding agent for old to new concrete & masonry plaster
Method Of Application:
Preparation Surface
- Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to clear dust, loose material etc.
- Wet the surface with water to make it SSD condition & remove the excess water
Water Ponding:-
- After Ponding test drain out the ponded water and then provide 20 mm protective plaster cement: sand mortar (1:4) admixed with Integral Waterproofing compound ACC LeakBlock Cement Mix LB-202Â @ 0.2 kg per bag of cement on top of the second coat.
Polymer Modified Mortar:-
- 1. Mix cement and sand in 1:3 ratio. After dry mixing, add LB-303 (15% of cement weight)
- 2. Add water and mix well to get desired workability
- 3. Apply using suitable tools
Bonding Agent:-
- For bonding agent mix ACC LeakBlock Cement Coat LB-303: Cement 1:1 by volume
- Apply 1 coat of the mix on the concrete surface.
Coverage:-
- As a waterproofing coating : 3-3.5 m2/kg in 2 coats of Cement Coat LB-303
- As a mortar modifier : 6-7kg of Cement Coat LB-303 per 50kg of cement
- As a bonding agent : 4.5-5.0 m2/kg per coat
